Dhruv Agro Industry adopts 10 poor farmers in a village in a year. Giving fertilizer seeds to these farmers & providing guidance on low cost agricultural production doubles their output.So far 60 extremely poor farmers from 6 villages have shown economic prosperity. Due to non-availability of employment during summer, women in rural self-help groups are instructed to collect high quality neem and to help them financially by purchasing it. The company employs 24 workers throughout the year. At the same time, 15 laborers are given temporary work during the agricultural season. The company was shut down for three months during the Corona period, but the company did not cut workers, nor did it cut its salary. This work was noticed by many media.

About the Founder

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Salunkhe

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Salunkhe is the visionary founder of Dhruv Agro Industries. With an M.Sc. in Agro Chemicals and Pesticides and a Ph.D. in Chemistry, he combines academic expertise and practical experience to develop sustainable, natural agro products. Driven by his passion for promoting environmentally friendly farming practices, he founded the company in 2013, focusing on providing innovative solutions like bio-botanical pesticides, bio-fertilizers, organic liquid manure, and plant growth promoters to improve soil fertility and crop yield.

Under his leadership, Dhruv Agro Industries has earned a reputation as a trusted supplier in the agro sector, catering to both B2B and B2C markets. His efforts have contributed to the company’s national recognition, including receiving the India-5000 Best MSME Award in 2020 for quality and excellence. Dr. Salunkhe’s dedication to sustainable agriculture and his vision for empowering farmers continue to drive the company’s success and growth in key regions across India.
